I’ve spent over 10 years working at the intersections of coaching, education, and healthcare—helping neurodivergent professionals and institutions navigate challenges in ways that actually work. Sure, I bring credentials to the table (a Master’s in Education from UCLA, and experience with institutions like Harvard and Northwestern), but they’re not the reason I do this work.
The truth? I know what it’s like to feel like an outsider in systems designed for someone else.
I’ve been there—capable, but constantly wondering why things feel harder than they should. My work exists because I’ve seen how often traditional solutions fall short for people whose minds don’t work the way the system expects.
I built Quirk Rx to change that, creating support that adapts to you, not the other way around.
Here’s what that looks like:
- Helping a neurodivergent health professional find a study method that finally worked after years of failed attempts.
- Guiding institutions to design flexible systems that empower everyone, from trainees to leadership.
- Crafting tools that meet people where they are, without the pressure to conform to someone else’s version of success.
- What I don’t do is offer a one-size-fits-all plan.
What I do is listen, adapt, and work with you to create solutions that fit the way you think and live. The goal isn’t to change who you are—it’s to make the things you do feel possible, not impossible.
If you’re ready to stop fighting against systems that don’t fit and start building tools that actually work, let’s figure it out together.
I’m ready when you are.
